The window is a space of a contact, a place of a meeting between the external and the internal. It is also a possibility to proceed from here and now. By entering the inner of a creative subject, paradoxically we are entering the world of external inspiration which lays in a nearby culture.
The works on a exhibition show one of the tensions which organize world based on this flexible frontiers.
The symmetry of a plain spaces which is built by geometrical surfaces goes with forms of irregular and non- harmonic shapes. The animated elements when treated as substitutes of figures exist not only in a symbolic lines of an artery but also are expressed as an absurd organic system. Transparent creatures, almost shadows of a beings, seem to pass rapidly in the presence of a stable world where there are put to exist.
The perspective of the motif vanitas can talk us to a wider context of the mortality of passed art.
The binary based inspiration which is hidden under the abstract chromatics is also shown in the works that have an intimate character and plain surface. Some of them goes from the forms of the artistic word, the others from literal nature presentation. The tiny aquarelles allow the artist to falsify reality, to create artistic spaces from inconspicuous and neglected places. All is permeated through delicate lyricism and contemplation upon the formal valour of colour.
The exhibition is also a journey through artist's previous explorations. Being not only a summary, but, what is more accurate, the choice. The diversity of poetics when seen from a certain distance built both heterogeneous and coherent image. Shown next to each others, they stand in a lively dialogue which finally, equal to plurality of inspirations, make up a bigger entirety.
